“Curse Takeover” and “NASA on the Square” coming to Downtown Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The third weekend in June will bring some exciting events to Downtown Huntsville, including a food gathering and a great showcase of science and exploration. Check out the details below and watch for updates on WHNT’s News 19 newscasts.

 

Curse Takeover June Street Food Gathering

When: Friday, June 20th from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Where: Church Street between Clinton Avenue and Williams

Cost: Free to Attend

What: More than 22 food vendors, lined up on Church Street

There will also be two bands, a climbing wall, and the first 500 guests get a free Curse t-shirt

 

NASA on the Square

When: Saturday, June 21th from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Where: Huntsville Courthouse Square

Cost: Free to Attend

What: Booths, exhibits, and activities all around the square to celebrate NASA, Marshall Space Flight Center, and the Rocket City
