HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - Home Instead Senior Care looks to add more than 100 new employees over the course of the year.

The senior care company provides services in Madison, Marshall, Morgan, and Limestone counties.

Company leaders say they've seen a big increase for in-home care over nursing homes. That means more demand for the services they provide.

You need to be at least 19 years of age to apply.

Home Instead Human Resources Assistant Susan Frampton explains the job.

"We go into the homes of seniors and assist them so they can stay independent in their own home," says Frampton. "We provide them with some companionship. Do a little bit of light housekeeping, meal preparation, provide them transportation, take them to the doctor, take them to Walmart, things like that. And then help them as far as their bathing and their personal care."

You can apply by calling the office at (256) 883-3080 or visiting them at 2715 Spring Gate Lane in Huntsville. You could also fill out an employment inquiry here, or visit one of the career centers in Decatur, Albertville, Scottsboro, or Cullman.
