Featured Job: Library\Help Desk Specialist I


Perform technical processes where required data is acquired, validated, stored, protected, and processed. Assure data satisfies user needs. Perform Technical Writing as needed. Follow standard HelpDesk procedures. Log all HD interactions, tracks and routes problems and requests and document resolutions.

0-5 years experience at I level; minimum AA or HS Diploma 

Required Clearance: Secret
