TENNESSEE VALLEY (WHNT) - Thursday, April 24, WHNT News 19 took action to help answer your legal questions.

We partnered with the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association and the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program to host a Legal Action Line call-in event from 5:00 to 10:30 p.m.

The phones didn't stop ringing once we opened up the line -- lawyers took calls for five and a half hours providing advice.  They also answered more than 50 emails.

Thank you for calling in with your questions.

Nope.. the County has the right of way on easements. You need to move your fence if you are worried about it.
