Auburn Led Nation in Attendance, Alabama Ranked 4th in 2013

Huntsville, Ala.- (WHNT) The Auburn Tigers drew man than 1.2 million fans to their football games in 2013, the highest number in the country. The 14 game figure includes both the SEC Championship and BCS National Championship at the Rose Bowl. The Tigers were one of thirteen teams to draw more than a million last season, which was the highest attended college football season is history. More than 50 million fans watched a major division one college game in 2013.

Alabama, which played just 13 games last season ranked 4th in the country. Here is a list of all thirteen teams who drew more than a million fans in 2013 according to the National Football Foundation.
