FLORENCE, Ala. (WHNT) – Police have arrested and charged a mother with trying to get rid of a car that police say was used in a drive-by shooting last week in Florence.
According to Florence Police, 46-year-old Theresa Jean Fallows has been charged with hindering prosecution.
Investigators say Fallows tried to sell her son’s vehicle to a car dealer last week, after police issued arrest warrants for her son, Travis Eric Fallows.
Theresa Fallows has bonded out of the Lauderdale County Detention Center.
Her son Travis turned himself in to police. He is charged with attempted murder, assault and shooting into an occupied building.
