Thursday action on the courts proved exciting for bracket watchers… really exciting.

North Dakota State got its first NCAA Tournament win in school history. Harvard, also a 12-seed, went on to win as well. Dayton also topped Ohio State in a home-state shocker.

In addition to the upsets there were a record four overtimes. As CBSSports.com noted, that’s “a single-day record and twice as many as the past two NCAA Tournaments combined.”

    Why is the NCAA so bad about showing scores??? They put up all the other things like rebounds and free throws and fouls but not scores.
