(WHNT) – Here is an update on a story many in north Alabama have been following for nearly three years.  Prosecutors announced the arrest of a man in the disappearance of a Tennessee nursing student.

Zachery Rye Adams, 29, is charged with aggravated kidnapping and the murder of 20-year-old Holly Bobo.

Bobo disappeared from her family’s home in Decatur County, Tennessee in 2011.

For days, investigators have been searching Adams’ property.  Officials would not say what they found, giving no indication if it was Bobo’s body.
