(WHNT) – Don’t forget to set your clocks one hour ahead before you go to bed Saturday night.
Daylight Saving Time begins early Sunday morning, March 9. Remember to ‘Spring Forward’ so you won’t be late for your Sunday morning activities.
You may lose an hour of sleep, but we’ll gain more daylight in the evenings.
When you set your clocks ahead, it’s also a good time to put fresh batteries in your smoke detector and weather radio.
The time change is not observed by Hawaii, most of Arizona, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas
Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 2.
