TENNESSEE VALLEY (WHNT) – Whenever the temperatures warm up, we may actuallyl get to do some yard work.
Around this time of year, we always get the question about the dates to cut the wild onions so they won’t come back.
WHNT News 19’s Robert Reeves checked The Old Farmers Almanac, which says the best dates are March 30-31 and April 26-27, 2014.
Does it actually work? Some people swear by the dates. Others see the weeds come back but hold out hope the trick will work in the future.
If you have any luck with this method to get rid of the wild onion weeds, we’d love to know. Please post your comments below.
