Chapman Middle School Employee Arrested On Sodomy Charge

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A Chapman Middle School employee is facing sexual abuse charges.

Special Education staff member Mamon Edwards was arrested on January 31 and charged with sodomy second-degree.

Huntsville City Schools Spokesman Keith Ward confirmed to WHNT News 19 Edwards did work at Chapman Middle.  Huntsville Police informed the school district about the charge and Edwards was removed from the campus.
