|Monitors drug therapy to improve patient outcome and quality of care, recommends rational and cost-effective pharmacotherapeutic alternatives and provides accurate and efficient medication distribution. Implements and evaluates nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens. Supervises pharmacy technical staff.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Bachelor degree in pharmacy from an accredited university with license to practice pharmacy in Alabama required.
Prior practice experience preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Must be proficient in mathematics.
Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
Rotating Shifts may be required.
