HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Huntsville Police are searching for a man who robbed a customer while he was pumping gas.

The teenager was robbed in broad daylight at the Wavaho Gas Station at the corner of Pulaski Pike and Carmichael Avenue on Sunday.

Huntsville Police say two men pulled into the service station to get gas around 3:30 p.m.  Officers say a black mini van pulled up alongside them as they were pumping gas.

Police say a man got out, held a 16-year-old customer at gun point and demanded his wallet and cell phone.  The victim handed over the items and the robber quickly got back into the van and left.

There were no reported injuries.

Please call Huntsville Police at (256) 722-7100 if you have any information on this case.
