Holiday Gift Guide: Sparkman High Teens Test Gadgets

Finding the right holiday gift guide for a teenager can be hard… really hard. To help parents out this holiday season, WHNT News 19 teamed up with Verizon Wireless in Madison and local high school seniors to find out what hot new gadgets they liked most.

For one hour, four Sparkman High School seniors – Joshua Brown, Joshua Jablonowski, William Crubaugh and Alex Jones – through three different stations highlighting the latest tech offerings in audio, fun and tablets. They also tested out a flying drone.

Asked which items were a favorite, there was no clear winner among the four testers. Instead, there were multiple items that according to the teens could be a hit with those in their age group.

Brown selected the Parrot AR.Drone 2.0. Jablonowski picked the Orbotix
SPHERO 2.0. Crubaugh suggested the Logitech UE Mini Boom speaker and Jones liked the Orbotix SPHERO 2.0 as well as an iPad mini for kids.
