Tuesday night for two hours, BBB employees took more than 130 calls in our studio. The phone didn’t stop ringing! They took your questions, concerns, and in some cases, tips.
“So many people turn to us to check out companies before we do business, even if you see there has been a lot of complaints and they haven’t been addressed, if you have one, let us know because as those expire, then we are not going to be able to tell the story that this company continues to have the same issues,” said Michele Mason, President of the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama.
Callers reported scams, unscrupulous businesses and asked about ways to protect their identity.
