Martin Methodist College Given ‘All Clear’ After Lockdown

PULASKI, Tenn. (WHNT) – Martin Methodist College, in Pulaski, received the ‘All Clear’ after a lockdown earlier Monday morning.

A school-wide email circulated around 8 a.m. to urge staff, faculty and students to go in their offices or dorm rooms and lock the doors.  A school employee said they received an ‘All Clear’ shortly before 10 a.m.

Pulaski Police Chief John Dickey tells WHNT News 19 a female student at the school got a call from her husband or ex-husband.  Police had the female student under protection as they established a presence on campus grounds.  Police said the male caller did not come to to the college.
