Deputies arrested Shawnrie Herschel Osborn, 35, at the scene.  He is charged with one count of illegal possession of still, a misdemeanor.

Mitchell says this is the first still bust during his seven-year run as sheriff.  He says the homemade whiskey sells for as much as $150 per gallon.

Osborn was booked in the Lawrence County Jail and later released on a $2,000 bond.
