Develop cradle-to-grave projects on time and within budget and provide exceptional engineering support to the Army aviation community.

Provide comprehensive engineering services and unique project support worldwide and leverage expertise to meet tough operational challenges of the customers.

Support the prototype integration facility (PIF) on Redstone Arsenal as a self-driven project analyst.

Maintain responsibility for managing the execution of multiple Army aviation programs simultaneously in support of the PIF, including cost, technical, and risk management. Maintain responsibility for all aspects of program execution, including proposal management and project completion, such as developing cost proposals to provide labor hours, labor skill set, and recommended period of performance.

Perform technical evaluations on labor and materials estimates, approve purchase orders, milestone payments, and direct labor charges, as required, review all contract deliverables requirements lists for technical accuracy and formatting, maintain accurate budgets, develop monthly cost and financial reports, and develop and maintain project estimate to complete (ETC) and various project reviews.

Act as the primary POC when interfacing with clients to ensure seamless program execution.


-5 years of experience in a professional work environment
-4 years of experience with hands-on maintenance or modification of DoD aircraft
-2 years of experience with project management, including developing and reviewing proposals, budgets, risk analyses, and contract deliverable
-Knowledge of the prototype integration facility processes for engineering development programs
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with modification of theUH-60 Black Hawk aircraft, including interior and exterior upgrades
-Experience with the Army logistics systems, including modification work orders, technical manuals, and provisioning and tagging requirements
-Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
