Railroad Crossing Work Continues In NE Madison County
MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – Crews continue to make progress as they work on railroad crossings in northeast Madison County.
At 12 p.m. Monday, Norfolk Southern workers were finished with the Brock Road and Brownsboro crossings. Both are now open.
Tuesday, crews will continue work on the crossings on Stone Drive and Salty Bottom. If you drive these roads, please leave early or find an alternate route.
Crews are paving and adjusting asphalt for smoother crossing on the rail line all the way to Gurley.
Please drive slowly over the fresh asphalt along crossings.
