Five Juveniles Charged with Robbery in Madison
MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) – An alleged assault and robbery that happened behind the Publix on Madison Blvd last Thursday has resulted in the arrest of five juveniles.
It all stemmed from a report on September 19 of a juvenile that had been assaulted and robbed by five other juveniles while walking behind the Publix shopping center on Madison Blvd.
The juvenile was treated for minor injuries at the Madison Hospital and released. During the investigation, detectives identified the five juveniles involved. Three of the juveniles were taken into custody last week and transported to the Robert Neaves-Davis Center for Children.
Today, the remaining two juveniles involved were taken into custody and transported to the Robert Neaves-Davis Center for Children. All five juveniles have been charged with Robbery in the 2nd Degree.
No names have been released, as all involved are minors.
