FLORENCE, Ala. (WHNT) - It’s back to business as usual at First Metro Bank on Ana Drive but Florence Police are still looking for a man who tried to get some fast cash.

Florence Police say a First Metro Bank employee called 9-1-1 to report a robbery attempt.  The teller relayed the usual descriptions of height, and weight, but when she got to his clothing, the clerk added, the man had on a clown mask.

According to investigators, the suspect tried to follow the worker inside but she quickly locked the door behind her.

Police say the man never got inside, so no surveillance video was captured.  Police say that’s why they are asking for the public’s help to help put the man responsible, behind bars.

If this man is captured, he will face robbery charges, even though he left empty handed.

In this week's Shoals Area Most Wanted, Travis McGraw is wanted by Sheffield Police for theft of property.  Police say McGraw stole money from a donation jar at a Dollar General Store.
