DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – A trial date has been set for one of the three suspects charged in the Decatur Krystal murders.

Jordan Creque, Cassandra Eldred and Ezekiel Gholston are each charged with capital murder in the deaths of Jessie Aguilar and Jeff Graff.  They are also charged with robbery and attempted robbery.

Jordan Creque will stand trial on September 30.

Jesse Aguilar and Jeffrey Graff were shot to death in the early morning hours of August 24, 2011.  An employee coming to work at the 6th Avenue location found them dead inside the store.

Investigators say Creque shot the men while Gholston acted as lookout and Eldred waited in the getaway car.

No trial dates have been set for Gholston and Eldred at this time.
