Single Vehicle Wreck on I-65 Blocks Traffic for Two Hours

HARTSELLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A single vehicle wreck on Interstate 65 sent one woman to the hospital and blocked north bound traffic for almost two hours.
Investigators say the wreck happened around 6:45 near the Hartselle exit on the interstate.
They say the truck a woman was driving flipped several times and landed upright in the northbound lanes.
Police say the woman was trapped for almost 45 minutes.
She was flown to a local hospital. Her condition is not known.
I-65 reopened around 8:30.
