People who knew Bronson say she was a very confident and feisty young woman who loved her family and friends very much. Friends lite candles and prayed in Shelton Park in Madison Friday evening.
“We are looking to raise money for her burial,” said Brianna Mitchell, a close friend of Bronson.
Mitchell says she had been best friends with Bronson since 10th grade but this June, around the same time they say Bronson started a relationship with the man police say killed her, she stopped all contact with her friends.
Kenyatta Deshon Martin has been charged with capital murder and currently sits in the Madison County Detention Facility.
Bronson was described by friends as someone who had a love for tennis shoes, and doing hair and makeup. She was said to have a laugh that was contagious, and was loved by many.
“I miss my friend. I will never forget her and I won’t let others forget her either,” Mitchell added. Mitchell and other friends say they hope Bronson’s death will help raise awareness to domestic violence in our community.
Bronson is the 19th homicide in Huntsville so far this year.
