This position requires a detailed oriented individual who can perform a variety of tasks including operating radars (AN/TPY-2, CDU, SBX & UEWR) and analyzing performance from flight and ground tests. The ideal candidate will be executing test procedures on a demanding schedule and is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. The position will include collaboration within a team environment while emphasizing individual contributions to produce products that are valuable to the customer. Candidate must have good people skills and the desire to work with a highly technical team of engineers.
Basic knowledge of radar systems and how they operate.
Experience in radar operations, concepts of operations with the ability to follow procedures and troubleshoot issues.
Must be able to interact effectively with individuals of different experience levels and backgrounds including government and external industry personnel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
Familiarity with UNIX and Linux operating systems.
Experience in radar configuration is desired along with experience in radar analysis using Matlab.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics or at least 3 years of applicable experience.
Security Clearance: The ability to hold a Secret Clearance is required.
