Featured Job: Billing Assistant

The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of administrative duties for the department, including:

Submitting invoices in various payment systems,

Organizing a large volume of billing files,

Managing records retention,

evaluating current processes and procedures,

maintaining and ordering adequate office supplies

and providing recommendation for improvement.

Must work with all levels of personnel, and be able to learn various systems in a short period of time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in business related field or High school education and 3+ years of administrative experience.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision, which will require a flexible schedule and overtime.

Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook and Word) and strong written and verbal communication..

Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
