Alabama Abortion Clinic Law Put on Hold until March

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – A federal judge has postponed the enforcement of a key part of the new restrictions on Alabama’s abortion clinics until March of 2014, according to our news partners at al.com.
Planned Parenthood and a Montgomery abortion clinic filed a lawsuit to overturn part of the new law requiring doctors to have admitting privileges at a local hospital.
