JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC in Huntsville has a full-time job opening as a operations lead/help desk lead. The position oversees help desk tier II and III operations, maintains customer support and participates in the configuration control board, change advisory board and engineering review board in order to provide ongoing operations and sustainment for the enterprise SharePoint Portal.


– The applicant should be able to obtain a security clearance.
– Candidate must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance in order to be considered for the position.
– Expert knowledge of SharePoint.
– DIACAP certification and accreditation experience.
– DoD IAT Level I Certification.
– MUST have 2 of the following certifications: MCTS, MCITP, MCPD, MCSA, MCSE

Education and Experience:

– Bachelors’ degree and 5 years of relevant work experience preferred. 9 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
