Huntsville Police Close 48 South Huntsville Auto Break-in Cases

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Four people have been arrested in connection with a string of  car break-ins in the South Huntsville area, including the Piedmont, Camelot, and Greenwyche communities.

Steven Dillard, Kerry Townsend, Mari Long, and Antonio Fearn Jr. have all been arrested and charged with unlawful breaking and entering.  Police are continuing to investigate other cases in the area and additional charges could be pending against these four men.

Authorities caution you against leaving personal or valuable items, especially firearms, medication , and any type of electronics inside your vehicle unattended.

Huntsville police request that you report any suspicious activity in your neighborhoods to police.
