DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – One person died in a wreck Tuesday morning in Morgan County.  It happened around 10:30 a.m. in front of J&L Mobile Home Park on Highway 67 in the Decatur city limits.

Police say Andrea Leann Jeffreys, 29, was driving a Ford Mustang eastbound.  Witnesses said the Mustang began to fishtail and crossed over into the westbound lanes, and was hit in the passenger side by a Honda CrossTour headed west.

The driver of the Honda, Andrew Wright III of Mountain Brook, was taken to Decatur Morgan Main with non-life threatening injuries.

Jeffreys, of Decatur, was flown to Huntsville Hospital.  Police say her injuries were also non-life threatening.

Decatur Police continue their investigation.
