People From 6 States in Huntsville Hoping for Free Chick-fil-A
OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. (WHNT) — More than 200 people from 6 states lined up as soon as 10 p.m. Tuesday to try and get a one year supply of Chick-fil-A. The restaurant doesn’t even open until Thursday morning.
The new Chick-fil-A is on Highway 431 in the Hampton Cove area. A drawing was held to narrow the field to 110 people, including 10 alternates. Those 110 will camp out Wednesday until the store opens Thursday morning. The first 100 who are still in line will each get 52 coupons that can be redeemed for a free chicken sandwich combo.
The new Chick-fil-A will bring 75 jobs to the area.
