DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – Decatur police arrested two people for allegedly having spice and marijuana. One of them is suspected of selling the drugs.
Decatur’s Special Operation Unit conducted a search warrant Tuesday at 1414 College Street SE, Apt. 8. Inside, police arrested Kender Steele and Taylor Woessner.
While in the apartment, police say they found marijuana and spice- a synthetic form of marijuana. Investigators also found drug paraphernalia throughout the home. Police say the drugs were packaged and ready to be sold.
Steele has two warrants for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. He will now faces those charges, as well as new ones for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana first degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond is $15,500.
Woessner is in jail for possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond is $5,500.
