Witnesses Say Lightning Causes Huntsville House Fire

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT)–Witnesses say a lighting strike caused a house in Huntsville to catch fire Saturday evening.  The fire started around 6:30 at 1515 Bohannon Drive.

Neighbors tell WHNT News 19 that lightning hit the home and shortly afterward they reported seeing smoke and flames.  Firefighters have got the fire under control.  Neighbors say no one was at home when the fire started.
