MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) - Two people are behind bars on multiple drug charges. Morgan County Drug Task Force agents and deputies say they saw Anthony Wayne Mooney shaking a plastic bottle next to a woman's bathroom at the Lacon Trade Day Flea Market in Falkville.

Deputies say Mooney saw their marked cars and tried running into the women's bathroom to get rid of an active one-pot meth lab. They caught him and were able to get a search warrant for a building Mooney owned at the flea market. That's where they found equipment used for making meth.

While investigators were searching the building, Mooney's wife, Tracie Yvette Mooney, arrived on the scene. She was detained and searched. Deputies say they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun in her possession.

Both Anthony and Tracie Mooney were arrested and taken to the Morgan County Jail.

Anthony is charged with unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, trafficking of meth, unlawful possession of marijuana and felony drug paraphernalia. His bond is set at $755,000.

Tracie is charged with unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Her bond is set at $200,600.
