Trulia Adds Visual Maps Of Hazards, Rental Prices
The housing market is looking better than it has in years and if you’re in the market to buy or sell a home – or rent – you’ll want to check out Michelle Stark’s “Click Pick” from WHNT News 19 This Morning on Wednesday, May 29th.
Realty website Trulia has added some maps to its collection of local “visualizations” and is now showcasing hazards like earthquake and flood risks, as well as per-bedroom rental prices.
Tech Crunch reports the data used comes from various government sources. The visual, easy to navigate layout of the information, could make the process of deciding where to locate much easier.
The new offerings can be found at trulia.com/local alongside other visualizations – including recent home sale prices, crime rates, school ratings, and property value estimates.
