Huntsville Chamber Announces Best Places to Work Winners
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County has announced the winners of the 2013 Best Places to Work.
The sold out event, held at the Von Braun Center, was presented by First Commercial Bank and co-hosted by the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management.
Once nominated, the businesses were evaluated by Quantum Workplace, a company that specializes in measuring workplace satisfaction. Companies were screened based on team effectiveness, retention probability, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued and work engagement.
Quantum gave employees of nominated companies a survey and based the winners on the outcome of those surveys.
