Marshall, Madison and Lawrence Relay For Life Events Moved Indoors
TENNESSEE VALLEY, (WHNT) – The threat of rain has forced the Relay for Life events for Marshall, Madison, and Lawrence Counties to move indoors.
All three events, planned for tomorrow, Friday, May 10, have been in the works for months.
The Relay For Life of Lawrence County will be moved in the Coliseum at Lawrence County High School.
The Relay For Life of Madison will be moved into the gym at Bob Jones High School.
The Relay For Life of North Marshal County will be moved to the Liberty Church’s Campfire location. The address is 120 Kenyon Rd. off of Fry Gap Rd. in Arab.
All three events will go on exactly as scheduled; only the locations have changed.
The Relay For Life and the dollars raised from it support the American Cancer Society’s efforts to save lives by helping people stay well, helping people get well, by finding cures and fighting back against cancer.
It is not too late to make a donation to the Relay For Life. To make a donation, or for more information about cancer, contact the American Cancer Society at 1-800-227
