Teen Pleads Not Guilty In Shoals Murder Case

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A teen charged with murder in Lauderdale County has entered a plea of not guilty.
Court records indicate Autumn Marie Wood entered the plea of not guilty by reason of severe mental disease or defect on March 19.
Wood, who was 17 years old at the time, is accused of stabbing 14-year-old Brooklin Hollins to death during a fight in March of 2012.
Wood’s murder trial is scheduled for April 15.
