Kids to Love: New Digs
HUNTSVILLE, Ala (WHNT) – Load ‘em up… move ‘em out…. Let’s roll!
Moving day for Kids to Love and our friends at 2 Men and a Truck brought 4 men & 2 trucks! We had a lot of *stuff* to move after 8 years!
And in our new space…they made room for our cause to help our kids!
“It’s one of those things if you do have room and it’s available. We’re growing but we’re lucky enough to get a space that was big enough to grow into and at this point you need the extra growth space so there it is.” Kelly Carter said.
Kelly and her sister Sherry run Kids Market. Kelly is also a Kids to Love volunteer…she helps us make Christmas Happen for Foster Kids!
“Well it’s such an important project and that’s why when I even got started on it…” Kelly said.
She has been one of my go to people when we are down to the wire filling Christmas wish lists for kids. When Kids to Love needed a new home, she was one of the first people I reached out to..
“Gotta have it to get the job done, that’s what it boils down to, so now that I’m able to help not just with my time but with actually space, thing like that makes me smile.” Kelly said.
