High winds toppled large trees along Short Creek between Boaz & Albertville in Marshall County. The nearby bridge across Short Creek on McVille Rd was closed for several hours Monday afternoon because of fallen trees.

I was in the tornado today (in my car~ driving) that went through Kilpatrick, Alabama. Thanking God for keeping His hand over me...

I was at a friends house in Chalybeate Springs in Lawrence County when we heard very loud thumping. It only lasted a minute but this is one of the Hail Stones we found.
