HPD: Man Faces Charges Of Rape, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A 22-year-old man faces a long list of charges including rape, sodomy and aggravated child abuse.
Huntsville Police arrested Juan Pablo Hernandez-Isquidero on Thursday morning. He is charged with first-degree rape (2 counts), first-degree sodomy (5 counts), domestic violence by strangulation (1 count), aggravated child abuse (3 counts) and sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years of age (1 count).
Police say the crimes allegedly occurred within the last year. They continue their investigation and say more charges could come at a later date.
