“Redneck” Engineer Mentors Students in Priceville

PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Students in the Makers Club at Priceville Elementary School have a new mentor excited about learning.

Travis Taylor, from the show “Rocket City Rednecks,” has a daughter in the 3rd grade at the school, and enjoys  seeing kids when they get to build something with their own hands.

The Makers Club is one of 45 clubs at Priceville Elementary School sponsored by teachers, community leaders and volunteers.
