Former Big Spring Partners Employee Waives Preliminary Hearing

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A former employee of Big Spring Partners, Inc. has waived her preliminary hearing. Stefanie Nicole Hamilton-Dryer’s case will now go to a grand jury to determine if she will be indicted for trial.
Dryer, better known as Nicki, was arrested November 16 and charged with two counts of theft of property 1st degree and one count of theft of property 2nd degree.
An internal audit showed Big Spring Partners was missing $10,300.44. The non-profit organization supports development projects in downtown Huntsville through donations and private investments.
