Power Outage in Florence Resolved

FLORENCE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Florence Police Department tells us a transformer fire caused a power outage in Florence just before 9:00 p.m.

The transformer was near Cumberland Road in Florence.

The power outage affected downtown Florence and the University of North Alabama’s campus for a little more than an hour.
