Man Arrested For Not Wearing Pants At Sonic

ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) – Athens Police arrested a man Tuesday morning after complaints that he was in his vehicle not wearing pants at a Sonic restaurant on U.S. 72.

Officers arrived at the restaurant but the man had already left.  Employees were able to provide officers with a tag number and vehicle description.

A short time later officers located the vehicle on Athens Limestone Lane.  Officers then located the driver.

William Addison Monagham and charged him with 2 counts of Indecent Exposure.  One of the counts was for the incident at Sonic and the other was related to a separate incident that occurred last week.

Monagham was booked at the police department and bonded out on a $2,000.00 bond.
