Boaz Soldier Married in Dream Wedding

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WHNT) — A Boaz soldier who won a contest for a $50,000 dream wedding exchanged vows Saturday afternoon with his soldier bride.
Army lieutenants Bobby Hill and Katie Durham won Magnolia Plantation’s “Sharing the Romance” contest, with the help of online votes from many WHNT News 19 viewers.
The couple entered with a YouTube video they taped while in Afghanistan, and the prize package included the dress, tuxedos, limos, photographer, food, flowers, and much more.
Magnolia Plantation posted some photos of the preparations for the ceremony and of the wedding party to their Facebook page, which you can view here.
