Lady Chargers Lose To Valdosta State With 0.6 Seconds Left

Huntsville, Ala. (WHNT) – Roy Heintz witnessed an incredible ending between his Lady Chargers and Valdosta State.

With 40 seconds left in regulation, Bailee Robinson knocks down a long-range jumper.  It was worth two points, tying the game at 64.  Valdosta State thought it was a three, so they decided to foul when UAH got the ball back, thinking they were trailing.  Instead, Jordan Smith gets a gift, going to the free throw line and sinking one of two.

Lady Chargers led by one until Kamyia Smith drains a triple with 0.6 seconds left.  Valdosta State goes on to win, 67-65.
