Friend of the Day: Randy Cavner

WHNT News 19′s Friend of the Day is Randy Cavner. Randy is from Decatur. He graduated from Austin High School and The Northeast Alabama Police Academy. Randy is now a retired patrol sergeant following 31 years of service. Thanks for being our friend, Randy.
