MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) – A home in Madison caught on fire Wednesday afternoon. The structure is heavily damaged, especially the garage
The fire, at 102 Roema Drive, caught fire around 2 p.m. Five people live there, along with two dogs. One is accounted for, but the other dog ran from the home.
A vehicle in front of the home also caught on fire.
No one was hurt. Fortunately, the family has insurance.
Madison Police closed off the intersection of Roema Drive and Wallace Cirle, along with Rainbow Circle and Forrest Drive in order to keep the area clear for emergency responders.
