Alleged Robbery Accomplice Now Charged With Murder
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT and AL.com) – A Huntsville man has been indicted on a murder charge in connection with an attempted robbery, where his alleged accomplice was shot and killed by a convenience store clerk.
Courtneay Neal Nance, 33, was indicted on murder and first-degree robbery charges, according to court records released Friday.
Nance was charged with robbery on Aug. 16, as the alleged accomplice in an attempted robbery on May 31 at Atlantis Corner, a convenience store at 1176 Old Monrovia Road. The store clerk shot and killed Pride during the incident.
